Connect with the Technology Department

1) Call 970-336-8510

2) Email Incident IQ Help Desk

(Please be sure to provide a brief description with some specific details about the issue you are experiencing.)

3) Click the Incident IQ button directly above to submit a staff ticket to the system. Once logged in, locate the "New Ticket" button in the upper left corner, and you will be walked through the process of providing details about your technology issue.

At the Incident IQ page, log in by:

Clicking the Microsoft Azure button.
At the Microsoft Sign in, type your school email address and click "Next".
Enter your school Office365 account password and click "Sign in".
