Click here to submit a ticket to Incident IQ. Once logged in, locate the "New Ticket" button in the upper left corner, and you will be walked through the process of providing details about your technology issue.

To log in:

• Click the Microsoft Azure button.
• At the Microsoft Sign in, type your school email address and click "Next".
• Enter your school Office365 account password and click "Sign in".
