2022-23 School Meals

Beginning in August 2022, the Platte Valley Food Service Department will return to regular practices for the 2022-2023 school year (this is after the federal government provided free breakfasts and lunches due to COVID). Thus:

Breakfast and lunch will be available to all students; however meals will not be free to all students.

The district will be accepting free and reduced applications. Applications are available at the above link or at the schools after August 1st.
2022-23 School Meal Prices
Breakfast will be served in all three buildings until 7:45 am:

Elementary: $1.90
-
Middle/High Schools: $2.20

Adult: $3.00
Lunch Prices:

Elementary: $3.00

Middle/High Schools: $3.25

Adult: $4.50
Extra milk and 4 oz. juice: $.50 each. Students will have to have money in their accounts if they want to purchase these or anything extra.
*Families that qualify for reduced lunches with children in grades P-12 will receive free lunches due to state funding.
Summer Feeding Program

The Kersey Library will be serving free to-go meals this summer to children 18 years old and younger. Parents and guardians may pick up meals on their children's behalf. Details:
- Date range - May 31 - August 4, 2022
- Days - every Tuesday and Thursday
- Times - From 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Location - Kersey Library, 332 3rd St.
