Starting August 2023, the Platte Valley Food Services Department will provide free breakfasts and lunches for the 2023-2024 school year.

2023-24 School Meals

Prices are posted below if your student chooses to purchase additional meals. Funds to cover extras need to be in their account prior to purchase.

Breakfast will be served in all three buildings until 7:45 am:

  • Elementary: $1.90

  • Middle/High Schools: $2.20

  • Adult: $4.65

Lunch Prices:

  • Elementary: $3.00

  • Middle/High Schools: $3.25

  • Adult: $4.65

Extra milk and 4 oz. juice: $.50 each. Students will have to have money in their accounts if they want to purchase these or anything extra.

2023 Summer Feeding Program
Summer Feeding, Weld Food Bank

The Kersey Library will be serving free to-go meals this summer to children 18 years old and younger. Parents and guardians may pick up meals on their children's behalf. Details:

  • Date range: June 5 - August 3, 2023
  • Days: Monday through Thursday
  • Times: From 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
  • Location: Kersey Library, 332 3rd St.
